We’re an orthopedic & sports physical therapy clinic in West Shore Plaza, Blauvelt, NY. We started on Manhattan in 2019 and we moved to Rockland county in 2022. (Patrick) Byung Ho Dang is a Mulligan Concept ® Practitioner (CMP) and mastery certified manual therapist (MCMT®) with a rich experience of more than 12 years. You will get the “systematically approaching” physical therapy treatment for your neck-scapular(shoulder)-elbow-wrist-hand, and back-pelvic(hip)-knee-ankle-foot.
Patrick Byung Ho Dang is the founder of Five Physical Therapy P.C. and he has rich physical therapy experiences in various settings, including sports injury, aftercare of surgeries, chronic pain, posture disorder, scoliosis, various tendonitis/tendinosis, OA, RA, dyskinesia, Parkinson’s syndrome/disease, condition after stroke, various foot disorders, etc. Primarily he has very good treatment skills and protocols for various shoulder/neck/hand problems, foot disease, and conditions after replacement surgery of knee/hip/shoulder and ACL reconstruction.
